Oatmeal and Berry Cake by Kadri
Not baked cake, full of berries on the crispy basis
Ingredients
- 1 glass wholemeal Oatmeals
- 100 ml sugar
- 25 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 dl cream 35%
- 1 dl milk
- 500 g jelly
- ca 1 glass berries
For 20x 20 cm cake, use form with hight edges
For cream
Directions
- Prepare jelly
- On the pan: Melt butter and sugar in it and add oatmeal, mix
- Pour oatmeal mix in to the form
- For cream: mix sugar, flour and egg yolks. Add cream and milk. And heat, while mixture is thick.
- When jelly begins to set. Spread pudding over the bottom
- Pour carefully jelly, and decorate with berries
- leave cake in to refrigerator to set at least for hour.
