My Grandmother called Semolina Mousse as ” Wind Porridge”. Because it is “fills” but does not feed:)
What name to use, it depends on juice.
White Mousse is ” Mannavaht”. And Pink Mousse is ” Roosamanna”, what means ” Pink Mousse”.
