Simple Spring Salad with Spruce Tips Mayonnaise

Homemade mayonnaise? This is very easy. Look at my recipe and video:

Mix together:
boiled potatoes
greens and weed
spruce tips
cucumber
radish
and season with spruce tips mayonnaisemaynaaise (15)maynaaise (16)maynaaise (17)

  3. A lovely addendum to a meal . . . here we usually make a potato and a fresh green salad separately . . . no reason not to have them together 1 As both spruce ends and edible weeds are short here . . . one more reason to come taste in Eesti 🙂 !
