  1. Oh dear ! Yes I know ‘all’ Estonians love potatoes, along with the Finns and the Swedish and the Danes and other Baltic residents . . . Well, I was born in Estonia and I eat them, honest injun, about twice a year 🙂 ! Won’t offend all of NE Europe and state all the reasons !!! But I do like your far less boring use of the famed tuber . . . may very well have fun and eat them for a third time 🙂 !!! Thanks !
