Cottage Cheese Pie is the great dish for a breakfast or quick dinner.
- 100 g melted butter
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl flour
- 200 g grated cheese
- 100 g sliced bacon or ham
- salt, pepper
- melt butter and mix in all ingredients and most of the cheese.
- Pour mixture into baking pan or casserole. And sprinkle with remaining cheese
- bake at 200 C for 30-40 minutes
