Meat and Carrot Balls. Porgandi ja lihapallid

My intention was make balls from carrot, parsnip and meat. But I bought by mistake white radish. But result was amazing and very tasty 🙂

Carrot in balls gives juiciness and moisture. And indulgence 😉 Almost vegetarian 🙂

Meat and Carrot Balls

  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat, best is 50% pork and 50% beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 300 g grated carrot and white radish
  • 100 ml cold water
  • 100 ml grated bread or slice of bread
  • salt, pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C
  2. In a medium bowl, pour cold water over bread
  3. chop garlic and onion
  4. Add onion, meat and vegetables
  5. Mix carefully and season with salt, pepper
  6. Shape the mixture into balls. place them on the prepared baking tray
  7. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 min
