My intention was make balls from carrot, parsnip and meat. But I bought by mistake white radish. But result was amazing and very tasty 🙂
Carrot in balls gives juiciness and moisture. And indulgence 😉 Almost vegetarian 🙂
Meat and Carrot Balls

Ingredients
- 300 g minced meat, best is 50% pork and 50% beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 300 g grated carrot and white radish
- 100 ml cold water
- 100 ml grated bread or slice of bread
- salt, pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C
- In a medium bowl, pour cold water over bread
- chop garlic and onion
- Add onion, meat and vegetables
- Mix carefully and season with salt, pepper
- Shape the mixture into balls. place them on the prepared baking tray
- Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 min
