Very simple salad, one of my favourite.
Use white smoked fish. In my photo is boiled egg, but this is not mandatory
Chop in to cubes and mix carefully together
- apples
- white smoked fish
- red onion
- sour cream /creme fraiche
- chop lot of green and if needed season with salt and pepper
