Chicken with Autumn Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or legs
- 1 big Pepper
- 2 apple, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 gloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 tomatos, sliced
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 tablespoon flour for breading
- 50 g butter and oil for cooking
- salt, pepper, rosmary, sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven 200 C
- Sprinkle the chicken all over with black pepper and salt flavoured
flour.- Heat on the pan some oil.
- Fry chicken in the hot oil in all sides
- Lift the chicken in to the oven pot
- If needed, add more oil and heat all vegetables on the pan
- Add butter and rosmary
- Add wine. Reduce.
- Pour vegetables in to oven pot.
- Bake 180 C ca 40 minutes.
- Serve with rice

Of course use a good oil like olive oil. But chicken produces gravy so good together.
