Chicken with Autumn Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or legs
  • 1 big Pepper
  • 2 apple, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 gloves of garlic, sliced
  • 2 tomatos, sliced
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoon flour for breading
  • 50 g butter and oil for cooking
  • salt, pepper, rosmary, sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 200 C
  2. Sprinkle the chicken all over with black pepper and salt flavoured
  3. flour.
  4. Heat on the pan some oil.
  5. Fry chicken in the hot oil in all sides
  6. Lift the chicken in to the oven pot
  7. If needed, add more oil and heat all vegetables on the pan
  8. Add butter and rosmary
  9. Add wine. Reduce.
  10. Pour vegetables in to oven pot.
  11. Bake 180 C ca 40 minutes.
  12. Serve with rice
