Ingredients

  • 200 g cucumber
  • 100 g rhubarb
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Directions

  1. Peel and clean cucumbers, strawberries and rhubarb. Chop into thin strips
  2. Mix together honey, oil and season
  3. Mix  everything together and let few minutes  to set and season finally
