A fresh, light, spring vegetable salad

Ingredients
- 200 g cucumber
- 100 g rhubarb
- 100 g strawberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt and pepper
- oil
Directions
- Peel and clean cucumbers, strawberries and rhubarb. Chop into thin strips
- Mix together honey, oil and season
- Mix everything together and let few minutes to set and season finally

Fresh, simple and elegantly plated . . . when spring arrives here, hopefully with coronavirus and lock-downs past history . . . it will be copied . . .
