Despite the Mayonnaise, these cookies are sweet.
Mayonnaise Cookies. Majoneesiküpsised
A fresh, light sweet and salty retro cookies
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 4 dl flour – 1/4 teaspoon soda
- Beat soft butter and sugar together into a light foam.
- add beaten egg gradually while stirring. Add other ingredients. Mix together.
- Form by teaspoon small cookies and place on the greased or baking paper covered tray
- Bake at 180 C convection for 15- 20 minutes
