kuusetj1 (8)I like to watch cooking TV shows, and I am always amazed at people who afraid and avoid raw garlic. For me, garlic is medicine, natural inflammatory. And the reason I like garlic is strong intense taste, Without this garlic is pointless:)
Bitterish of garlic is complemented with tart spruce tips and you can just feel… how health will improve 🙂 🙂

Spread with Spruce Tips

A fresh, light, spring spread with spruce tips

  • spruce tips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g fresh cream cheese

  1. In blender smash spruce tips with cream cheese
  2. season with smashed garlic
  3. Mix together. And season if needed with salt, pepper…kuusetj1 (10)

  1. Oh I prepare all kinds of cream and cottage cheese spreads and love the sound of this: just one problem in Australia – spruce trees are kind’of scarce 🙂 ! Garlic ? As we eat so much Asian fusion food living without it would be very difficult indeed !!
