Fried Pork

Beat the Pork with hammer  thin.
Dry with kitchen paper.

Season with salt and pepper.
Heat some oil . And fry Pork in a pan on both sides.
Add some sliced garlic and thyme and some butter,

Dipp meat on both sides.
